Blocker — by Tex Mex Labs
Last Updated: April 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Tex Mex Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Blocker mobile application (the "App"). We built Blocker to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information about you ourselves. This policy explains what that means, and what limited information may be collected by third parties (such as advertising networks and the app stores) when you use the App.
We do not collect any personal information from you. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information to use the App.
Game data such as your high scores and preferences is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
The App may display third-party advertisements. These ads are served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, or similar providers). These networks may collect or receive information from the App and your device in order to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. This information may include:
These third parties act as independent data controllers for the information they collect, and their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:
On iOS, you can control whether apps may request to track you via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The App complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. On Android, you can reset or opt out of personalized ads via Settings → Google → Ads.
When you download the App, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may collect standard information such as download counts, crash reports, and aggregate usage statistics. This information is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies, not by us.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps. Advertising shown in the App is configured to comply with applicable child-directed advertising rules where required.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with comparable privacy laws, you have certain rights regarding personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and the right to object to processing or request data portability. Because we do not collect personal information about you, most of these rights will be exercised directly with the third-party ad networks listed above. You may contact us at any time with questions.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion of personal information, to correct inaccurate personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
Third-party advertising networks operating in the App may engage in activities defined as "sharing" under the CCPA for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can limit this by enabling Limit Ad Tracking on iOS or opting out of Ads Personalization on Android.
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not store any such data on our servers. Any data stored locally on your device (such as high scores or settings) is subject to the security of your device itself.
We do not retain personal information because we do not collect it. Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Third-party advertising networks retain data according to their own retention policies.
The App is available globally. If you use the App from outside the United States, any information collected by third-party advertising networks may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where those networks operate, in accordance with their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
